Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading real estate development company in Bahrain, showcased its latest prime projects - including the new model designs for Phase Three of Al Naseem villas within its upcoming integrated city in the kingdom - at the debut Cityscape Bahrain expo .

The leading real estate event kicked off yesterday (November 22) under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

During the event, Diyar Al Muharraq also unveiled its exclusive jewellery set designed in collaboration with Al Mahmood Pearls, the leading Bahraini luxury jewelry and pearls house, to celebrate Bahraini Women’s Day (December 1).

The luxurious set features an exceptional feminine design, inspired by the unique architecture of Diyar Al Muharraq at large, and the project of Al Naseem in particular. The set comprises a necklace, ring, and a pair of earrings crafted from the finest Bahraini pearls and gold, stated the developer.

The limited set, which has been crafted from the finest Bahraini pearls and gold, will be offered to all women who complete the notarisation of the deed to any of the villas within Diyar’s residential project - Al Naseem - during the three-day event, it added.

Commenting on the occasion, CEO Engineer Ahmed Ali Alammadi said: "The exhibition gives us the ideal opportunity to present our major projects and reiterate our core vision to create an integrated, sustainable model city in the Kingdom. "

"We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to His Royal Highness for his resilient strides in establishing the proper infrastructure to host prominent real estate exhibitions and position Bahrain as investment hub for various real estate projects. Events such as Cityscape will work towards enhancing the Kingdom's standing in the global real estate arena and drive economic growth," he added.

Diyar Al Muharraq said its pavilion was equipped with a large-scale LED interactive display, featuring the City’s notable landmarks and projects.

The digital demonstration was aimed at enhancing the visitors’ experience and provide them with an integrated overview of Diyar’s concept as a model, modern and sustainable city, it stated.
