Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in Bahrain, has announced the completion of its key residential development Jeewan located within the kingdom's largest integrated city.

Launched in October 2018, the Jeewan project comes to a close with all 450 villas now ready for handover to homeowners.

Jeewan offers three types of villas, the Modern Tropical, French Chateau, and the Classical Art Deco villas, all of which combine traditional and modern architectural designs, and are aimed to suit a variety of different tastes.

These villas, which come as part of the Deerat Al Oyoun project, are established in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing under the Mazaya Social Housing Scheme, offering Bahraini citizens affordable housing solutions.

Jeewan is characterised by its strategic location near the main entrance to Diyar Al Muharraq, and in close proximity to some key facilities in the integrated city. The neighbourhood is complemented by convenient access to a mosque, a children’s playground, mixed-use sports field and community centre, and is a stone’s throw away from retail destination Dragon City Bahrain, said the Bahraini developer.

It was implemented in three phases: Phase 1, comprising 170 villas, has seen 87% handover, while Phase 2 comprising 120 has seen 85% handover. And now work has been fully completed on the 160 villas within the third and final phase of the project and is ready for handover.

Commenting on the achievement, CEO Engineer Ahmed Ali Alammadi said: "We are pleased to announce the completion of the Jeewan project as per the outlined schedule, upholding Diyar Al Muharraq’s quality and standards with the utmost efficiency despite the challenges this past year has presented."

"With the completion of the third and final phase of the project, we are keen to handover the villas in this phase, completing another neighbourhood in Diyar Al Muharraq, and adding to the growing community of the integrated city," he added.

Diyar Al Muharraq is one of the largest integrated cities in the Kingdom, offering a variety of housing solutions and a luxurious modern lifestyle while persevering the core family values in Bahraini society.
