Saudi-based Sulaiman Al Habib Group said its subsidiary Gharb Al Takhassusi Hospital for Healthcare has signed up Masah Construction Company for the development of a new maternity and paediatric hospital in capital Riyadh.
The move comes following the go-ahead from the board members for SR71 million ($19 million) contract for the key healthcare facility, said Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group in its filing to Saudi bourse Tadawul.
Under this one-year contract, Masah Construction Company will complete all structural works related to the project, it stated.
Sulaiman Al Habib Group said the initial approval was obtained from the Ministry of Health to open the healthcare facility
The company is currently working to receive the construction license from Riyadh Municipality, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
