
With a steadily growing number of high-profile projects to its credit, Atlantic opened its first regional office in Dubai last year to address the needs of the market that demands close liaison with customers and in a bid to provide the right support to the region, says a spokesman for the company which is ranked as the top French manufacturer of water heaters.
The Atlantic Gulf office in Dubai has helped the firm to address the water heating requirements of its regional customers both in the private as well as the public sector. The Dubai operation mainly focuses on electric water heating systems for the residential and commercial segment of the market, with capacity ranging from 15 litres to 3,000 litres.
“The quality and quantity of projects in Dubai in particular and the UAE in general have encouraged us to be a major player in the water heating sector while focusing on gradually increasing our share in the market and achieve our target of becoming the primary supplier of electrical water heaters in the region,” says Ashraf Naser, manager of Atlantic Gulf.
“We have a well-thought out way of working in the UAE markets, which is both indirect as well direct. We give indirect support to our local trading partners in their dealings their clients as regards technical assistance, pricing, planned logistic, after-sales service and marketing of our products. Our direct approach is through constant contact with local developers, consultants, engineers and contractors on a daily basis, which improves brand knowledge and specification rates and enhances projects results. Through these approaches, we have enhanced the quality of our business, the service of our trading partners service and win over customers to our brand,” he adds.
Thanks to an established presence in the region and excellent co-operation with its local partners, Atlantic Gulf has managed to secure some of the prestigious projects in the UAE. These include the Khaldya Rotana Hotel, UAE University at Al Ain, Victory Heights, Fairmont Tower, Grand Mosque and Royal House apartment tower.
