Rigidal – which claims to be the oldest cladding manufacturer in Dubai – is experiencing double-digit growth, thanks to its exceptional product quality, innovation and ability to adapt and accommodate the latest in design and materials.

It is now enjoying market leadership with many of its established products that are entering the second-generation stage with modifications and additional features to execute the most complex of assignments.
“We have several products that are already widely used in the region and are entering into their second generation. A prime example is Ziplok, the first standing seam system in Dubai, which is now available with tapered sheets that can be manufactured on site in any length to suit the architectural design,” says David Page, Rigidal’s international sales director.
The company, which has 26 years of operational history, has been associated with numerous prestigious projects not only in the UAE but also across the region. It has innovated many products such as Thermal halters – which are manufactured using a fireproof resin-based material giving virtually zero thermal transmission – and structural docks and lining sheets, which enable the designer to eliminate the need for purlins, providing cleaner lines within the building.

The growth of Rigidal has been continuous, as the company has brought out some new wall cladding products, which have broken away from the traditional industrial-profiled sheet and composite panels. These products are now available with polyisocyanurate foam, offering the market a rigid insulation system that has significantly-enhanced fire resistance.
Rigidal Industries Dubai first began as a humble operation when the city itself started laying the foundation for what is now probably the most dynamic construction market in the world.
