Oman-based Al Madina Real Estate Company has announced the launch of its new project – Tilal Al Khuwair – which will seek to blend Omani architectural elements with contemporary style.

The project, which is set to be a major tourist destination in Muscat with a mixed-used strategy of “live, dine, shop, relax and work,” has been designed by a leading Australian architect and will include four components:
• Muscat Grand Mall: The 61,000 sq m mall will seek to redefine the concept of shopping with its elegant architecture, contemporary Arabic suq and natural beauty.
• Tilal Offices: Spread over a 41,000 sq m plot, this component has been designed to become a prestigious business address in Muscat offering luxurious and high-tech offices equipped with the latest infrastructure to cope with ever-changing IT and office communication technologies.
• Tilal Residences, which will rise above the shopping mall, will offer 180 luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments with a sea view.
• Serviced apartments: The project will include 110 fully serviced one, two and three-bedroom apartments offering ultra-modern facilities to provide world class experiences for visiting families and tourists.
