Located on Yas Island, the 736-unit Diva is due to handover by the last quarter of 2024.

Reportage Properties, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, has started construction work on its key residential project Diva featuring a total of 736 new units on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

The Diva project boasts several key amenities including a swimming pool, gym, dedicated parking, a barbecue, a children’s play area, a giant chess stage, an outdoor area for playing table tennis, seating landscape and green spaces in addition to an exclusive area for pets.

With the construction work having started in October, the Diva project is targeted to be completed and handed over by the end of 2024.

Reportage is currently working on 12 projects in the UAE that will add nearly 6,000 new housing units within Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It has already handed over in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.

CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman says Reportage remains committed to implementing projects and continuing with the construction works despite the Covid-19 challenges.

“Our sales for the first eight months had topped AED1 billion ($272 million) compared to AED488 million for the same period last year, thus posting a growth ratio of about 105 per cent” he states.

For 2020, the sales had exceeded AED812 million ($221 million) posting a growth ratio of 125 per cent compared sales figures of AED362 million the previous year.

Suleiman points out that its Diva project was in high demand, thanks to its attractive rates with each housing units priced at AED510,000 onwards. In addition, it enjoys a strategic location with several facilities and recreational landmarks such as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, and Warner Brothers located nearby.
