Bentley to furnish homes at The Heart of Europe
The Heart of Europe, a cluster of six European-themed islands on The World, 4 km off the coast of Dubai has teamed up with Bentley Home to fit out its exclusive Sweden Island villa project, marking the debut of the iconic European brand in the UAE emirate’s luxury real estate project.
Kleindienst Group, the biggest European real estate company in Dubai and the developer of The Heart of Europe, has signed a contractual agreement with Bentley Home to furnish its luxury beachfront residences.
The Heart of Europe is made up of Sweden, Germany, Monaco, Main Europe, Switzerland and St Petersburg islands. Synonymous with the very best of European designs, culture and heritage, The Heart of Europe will be dedicated to providing island visitors with a truly unique and authentic European leisure and lifestyle experience.
“Excavation has commenced on Sweden Island in Dubai and concrete work is about to begin. The first villa will be fitted out and furnished during the first quarter of 2016. The remaining nine Sweden villas will be completed by December 31, 2016, in time for a fabulous Swedish-themed New Year’s Eve extravaganza on the island,” says a spokesman for Kleindienst Group.
Each luxury Sweden villa furnished by Bentley Home will feature exclusive high-end home interiors provided by the internationally renowned luxury brand. Bentley furniture is inspired by the time-honoured craftsmanship and material selection that characterise and follow the design philosophy of Bentley car interiors.
The new Bentley Home Collection combines traditional and modernist designs with a little spirit of the British gentleman driver which the Bentley car is renowned for.
“The range of handmade furniture is inspired by the techniques, materials and high quality finishes that are synonymous with Bentley car interiors. At The Heart of Europe you can live the way you drive, with a Sweden villa furnished by Bentley Home which offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort!” the spokesman says.
Designed by famous architect Carlo Colombo, the design of each sumptuous seven-bedroom residence is inspired by the beautifully-crafted and intricate structure of inverted Swedish Viking vessels. The roof of each majestic villa resembles the upturned hull of a Viking ship and inside each luxury abode, a stylish interior unfolds. Synonymous with high-end details, stunning design features and functionality, each Sweden villa offers the very best in modern Scandinavian living.
Special features include snow and sauna rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, exclusive finishes and fit-outs, expansive balconies, a gym and spa, a private infinity pool and landscaped gardens.
Each villa will be finished to the highest quality specifications throughout and feature a customised, state-of-the-art party and chill-out floor.
Sweden Island will encompass traditional designs based on Stockholm’s famous Saluhall Market and will serve the finest Swedish and European cuisine.
