More than 1,000 industry leaders are set to meet for the fourth year running at the industry’s top hotel development networking event, the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference (AHIC).

The event will be held at the Madinat Jumeirah Convention Centre, Dubai, from May 3 to 5, 2008.
 
Again for the fourth time, AHIC has received the on-going patronage of president of Dubai Civil Aviation and chairman of Emirates Shaikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

He will lead a world-class speaker line-up, scheduled to speak on the issues and opportunities that come in the wake of rapid sector and market development.

The region’s hospitality sector continues to grow; Dubai alone received almost seven  million tourists in 2006 and has set a target of attracting 15 million tourists by 2010. – TradeArabia News Service
