UAE-based Azizi Developments announced the launch of two new projects in Dubai last month – Azizi Grand, in Dubai Sports City (DSC), that will offer residents the best of luxury and sports, and Azizi Amber, at Al Furjan community featuring a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. 

Azizi Grand, which is scheduled to be completed by Q4 2024, will offer 431 spacious homes comprising studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom residences, as well as a gymnasium, two swimming pools, kids' play areas, barbecue zone and landscaped gardens in addition to other health and convenience-focused amenities.

Strategically located on Al Fay Road, Azizi Grand is nestled amidst schools, sports academies, equestrian clubs, golfing clubs, stadiums, and greenery, and situated just minutes from Al Khail Road and Mohammed bin Zayed Road.

Meanwhile, Azizi Developments has announced that work is progressing at a steady pace on Riviera, its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community project, coming up in MBR City, Dubai.Azizi said Phase One of the project now stands 99 per cent completed with the majority of the buildings already being handed over, while Phase Two now stands at 98 per cent, Phase Three at 92 per cent and Phase Four at 27 per cent completion.

With 30 buildings already completed, totalling approximately 6,000 units, the rest of all of the units in the first three phases are to be finished within the coming months, it added.

Another project located in MBR City, Park Avenue II is also making headway with nearly 81 per cent of the work already completed and due for completion in Q2.
