GFH Properties has announced that its prime real estate asset Harbour Heights has been recognised as Bahrain’s best residential high-rise development at the Africa & Arabia Property Awards 2021-2022. The award programme is now in its 28th year.
Completed in 2021 and now dominating Manama’s waterfront skyline, Harbour Heights is among the kingdom’s most advanced mixed-use complexes. Spread over a 35,900-sq-m area, the three towers that make up Harbour Heights are positioned at the heart of Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH), featuring a built-up area of more than 250,000 sq m.
GFH Properties says its trio of towers is part of the group’s ongoing strategy to build a diverse portfolio of international, high-quality real estate assets, including new acquisitions of prime properties in strategic geographies.
“Harbour Heights is the jewel of our property portfolio, and we are very proud that it has been recognised by one of the region’s most prestigious and well-established property award programmes,” remarks Ahmed Khalfan, the head of marketing of GFH Properties.
Judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability, the Africa & Arabia Property Awards recognise the best properties in the region across 45 categories.
The top winners in each region will automatically be entered into the overall international awards, culminating in an awards ceremony at the end of the year.
“With some of the tallest towers in the country, Harbour Heights provides a world-class destination for people with the desire to live a luxuirous urban lifestyle,” states Khalfan.
