Alef Group of Sharjah, has announced the completion of the first phase of its mixed-use project, Al Mamsha, comprising seven buildings featuring 693 residential units and 41 retail stores.

The residential units vary between studios and one, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Al Mamsha offers a dynamic and strategic lifestyle through meticulously planned buildings and modern design facades with quality finishes, says the developer. The handover of the residential and retail units began last month.

Strategically located in Sharjah, it boasts ample sidewalks and walkaways, bicycle paths, children’s play areas, restaurants, cafes, and various retail stores that provide an integrated living experience.
