Plafixx ... combining latest German technology with quality raw materials from the region.

At the Gulf Interiors show next month (May), leading dry mix company Plafixx will be conducting live demonstrations of spray plaster machinery that it provides to its clients for spraying the wide range of products that the Bahrain-headquartered company offers.

The machinery from PFT of Germany is offered to clients for spraying Plafixx’s plasters on their projects in the region. Machine application ensures the homogeneous and accurate mixing of the dry mix with water, thus eliminating the errors that can occur with the manual mixing, according to Sajan R, sales manager at Plafixx.

Its dry mix system provides a clean and dust-free job site, he adds.

Plafixx combines the latest German dry mix technology with high quality raw materials from the region to manufacture a comprehensive range of plasters and mortars at its facility in the Al Ojaimi Industrial City in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These include keycoats, renders/plasters, mineral facing textures, gypsum-based internal plasters, cement-based masonry grouts and bedding mortars, tile adhesives and joint fillers, floor screeds, repair mortars and grouts, and thermal insulation mortars. The Riyadh factory has a capacity of 60,000 tonnes per month of various products which are delivered to site in 25- and 50-kg bags stacked on wooden pallets with plastic shrink wrap.

Plafixx products are designed and manufactured to meet the specification of BS/EN/ASTM/DIN standards. Its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and stringent quality control ensures the quality and consistency of its products.

The company can also design, develop and manufacture custom-made products meeting the specific requirements of its customers.
